This 2002 Porsche Boxster S has a registration history in New Mexico and California, and it was purchased in March 2019 by the seller, who has since added approximately 19k of the 49k miles indicated. The car is finished in Guards Red over black full leather and is powered by a 3.2-liter flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes the Sport Package, Porsche Stability Management, 18″ SportDesign wheels, a black soft top with a glass rear window, a speed-activated rear spoiler, heated power-adjustable seats, a CD stereo, cruise control, and automatic climate control. The IMS bearing was replaced in 2018. This 986 Boxster S is now offered with the owner’s manual, service records, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Guards Red and features a replacement black soft top with a glass rear window. Additional features include a speed-activated rear spoiler, side air intakes, and body color roll hoops. The Carfax report lists damage in a January 2021 entry, and the seller notes that the front bumper cover was replaced as a result. The 18″ SportDesign wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires that were installed in May 2020. The car is equipped with Porsche Stability Management, and braking is handled by four-piston Porsche-branded calipers fitted over cross-drilled rotors at all four corners. A brake fluid flush was performed in April 2025.

The heated power-adjustable seats are upholstered in black leather with supple inserts and Porsche-crest headrests. Leather trim extends to the dashboard and door panels, and additional features include a Becker Porsche CD stereo, cruise control, and automatic climate control. The key fob buttons do not open either of the front or rear compartment lids.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel wears a protective cover and fronts a central tachometer, a 180-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 49k miles, approximately 19k of which were added under current ownership.

The mid-mounted 3.2-liter flat-six was factory rated at 250 horsepower and 225 lb-ft of torque. The IMS bearing was replaced in February 2018. A camshaft sensor was replaced in February 2023, the battery was replaced in November 2024, and an oil change was performed in April 2025.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle.
