Single-Family-Owned 1999 Toyota Tacoma 4×4 5-Speed

This 1999 Toyota Tacoma was purchased by the seller’s uncle in 1998 and was gifted to the seller in 2007. The truck is finished in Imperial Jade Mica over gray cloth upholstery and is powered by a 2.7-liter 3RZ inline-four linked with a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Equipment includes 15″ six-spoke alloy wheels, manually locking front hubs, a Tuffliner bed liner, a sliding rear window, power steering, an Alpine CD head unit, manual windows, and air conditioning. This Tacoma has 110k miles and is now offered at no reserve with the owner’s manual, service records, a truck cover, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
The body is finished in Imperial Jade Mica and features a Tuffliner bed liner, mud flaps, a sliding rear window, mud flaps, a hood deflector, and a chrome rear bumper. The seller tells us that the truck was in an accident that resulted in damage to the front in the late 2000s, and the left front of the truck was damaged following an accident around 2010. The left fender was replaced in August 2023, and a Carfax report entry from then notes that the truck received “minor damage” to the front left. Faded paint is visible on the roof, tailgate, and quarter panels, and additional scratches are shown in the gallery below.
The 15″ six-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with 31×10.5″ Yokohama Geolander A/T tires. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The truck is equipped with power steering and manually locking front hubs.
The cabin features gray cloth upholstery on the seats along with a color-coordinated dash, center console, door panel inserts, and carpets. Amenities include an Alpine head unit, crank windows, and air conditioning.
The two-spoke steering wheel frames a 110-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 5,500-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 110k miles, approximately 79k of which were added under current ownership.
The 2.7-liter 3RZ inline-four was factory rated at 150 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of torque. The radiator was replaced in the late 2000s following an accident. An oil change was performed, and the air filter was replaced in November 2023.
Power is routed to the rear or all four wheels via a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The flywheel was replaced in May 2022, and the clutch fluid was flushed in November 2023. Areas of corrosion are visible on the underside.
The Carfax report shows the aforementioned damage report entry.
